Do you deliver locally?
Yes! If you are in Toronto and I can reach you on the TTC. Use code LOCALDELIVERY for this service. Message me on Instagram @willow.tooth to discuss details and best times to deliver BEFORE purchase. Or we can also arrange for pick-up!

Broken Items
Any jewellery items must be treated with proper care. If your items arrives damaged please send photos of damaged item and I can either send a replacement or ship them back to me for a refund (price to ship them back will not be included)
Care instructions
For any fabric based items, wash in cold water inside out for best results.
Where's my order?
I can certainly try my best to help you with that but if you chose a shipping rate that does not provide a tracking number there isn't much I can do. If the least expensive shipping rate was chosen that also means a bit of a longer wait time depending on where you are in the world from Toronto. Plus with covid, everything is a bit slower. All I can recommend is to sit tight and have patience. If you are concerned contact Canada Post, that is who I ship with or your local post office. Once the item has been dropped off at the office it is then not my responsibility but that of the post to get the item to you.
What's up with your packaging?
That's a great question! When I started this shop and was learning about shipping I decided it was best to reuse and repurpose as much shipping supplies as I could to reduce waste. I save a lot of the packaging I get from my own packages plus what I can bring home from my other job. I strive to keep it reusable again so that the customer may have use for it as well.
